Frank Vavroch, 77, peacefully passed away in his home in Conway, South Carolina, the morning of November 3rd, 2025, surrounded by his wife, Judy, the love of his life of 57 years, and his family. Frank was born on February 11, 1948, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was the youngest of his four brothers and one sister. Frank attended Worthington High School in Columbus, Ohio, where he participated in basketball, swimming, choir, and was the lead singer of a band, Invictas. Frank was also a member of Circleville Round Town Players, where he performed in many musicals; he was a member of Christian Missionary Alliance Church, where he and his wife enjoyed singing in the choir, and was an active member of the Zanesville Jaycees. Frank became very knowledgeable and enjoyed wine from his time working with Matesich’s Distributing Company. Frank enjoyed attending his daughter’s and grandchildren’s sporting events, golfing with his buddies, who became some of his closest and best friends, listening to 60’s music, and going out to dinner with friends to play trivia. He enjoyed his last 15 years of retirement in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, enjoying the sunshine and warm weather, walking on the beach, and admiring the ocean views. He was also a big fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. O-H! Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Tillie Vavroch, and brothers Joey, Barney, and John Vavroch. Frank is survived by his sister Toni (Vavroch) Puhn of Miami, Florida, and his wife Judy (Young) Vavroch, formerly of Circleville, Ohio. Daughter Shannon (Rusty) Ferguson of Zanesville, Ohio. Grandchildren: Joseph (Jacqueline) Ferguson of Kimbolton, Ohio, and Jenna Ferguson of Zanesville, Ohio. Great-grandchildren: Amelia, Graycen, Jillian, Jameson, and twins Lane and Lydia. We all know you are up in heaven enjoying a fresh-poured glass of wine with your loved ones, saying CHEERS! Frank J. Vavroch of Conway passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025.
