Suzanne Allene Hard, age 78, of McDonough, Georgia, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2026, at her home under the care of Southern Grace Hospice. She was born on August 8, 1947, in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles Maruice Freeland and Virginia Gail Lee Snouffer. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Thomas Michael Snouffer, and a brother, Charles Jeffrey Freeland. Suzanne lived a life dedicated to her family, community involvement, and generosity. During her career, she worked as a secretary for Lockheed Martin. She was a member of Kiwanis, the VFW, and the Naval Wives Group, always seeking opportunities to support her community, veterans, military families, and those in need. In recent years, Suzanne found great joy volunteering with Southern Grace Hospice, where she faithfully supported their mission in countless ways. She will be remembered for her kind heart, servant's spirit, and unwavering commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others. She leaves behind her husband of 58 years, Ronald Lee Hard; children, Ronald Thomas (Janine) Hard, Charles Jeffrey (Brianna) Hard, Steven Brian (Singwala) Hard, and Keith Allen (Krystal) Hard; Nine Grandchildren; One Great-Grandchild; sister, Amey (Shawn) Balog; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of friends.
