: SMITH Deirdre Ann "Dee" Smith, age 47, of Richwood died Saturday, October 20, 2012, at her residence. She was formerly the lead mammographer with Professionals for Women's Health and had served as an EMT and Life Flight Technician. Dee graduated from Thomas Worthington High School in 1983 and received a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Professions from The Ohio State University. She was a faithful member of the Marysville First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and scrapbooking and treasured her dogs, Tuck, Huck, Georgia, and Cohen. More than anything, Dee was a loving wife and a devoted mother. She was born February 1, 1965, in Columbus to Dr. George and Barb Bartels Collins II, who survive in Chesterland. Along with her parents, survivors include her husband of 22 years, Robert Smith, to whom she was married on September 22, 1990; her daughter, Rebecca "Becca" Smith, of the home; her sister, Carol (James) Stefano, Brecksville; a sister-in-law, Sharon (John W) Daniels, Marysville; four nieces, Emma and Paulina Stefano, Shannon (Rob) Daniels Hazel, and Amanda (Cliff) Morris; a great-niece, Peyton Noel Morris; and her church family.
