Always having an interest in classic cars, Dan restored a 1938 Plymouth and a 1939 Plymouth with his son, Dan. He often drove them in parades with a grandchild waving in the back seat. He was a tireless supporter of his grandchildren and their activities. Dan had a collection of witty sayings he used to impart wisdom.
