Bethany L. Nadolson, age 30, of Columbus, Ohio passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at her home following a 5 year illness. Born September 15, 1992 at St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville, Ohio, she was the daughter of Bradley R. and Karen M. (Gardner) Nadolson. In addition to her parents, Bethany is survived by her sisters Alyssa (Brian and nephew, Griffin) Nadolson Kuric , Abigail (Joe) Nadolson Wallick, and Kelsey (Andrew) Nadolson Magno; her grandmother, Eleanor Gardner; and grandfather, Walter P. Nadolson. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ralph Gardner; and her grandmother, Mildred E. Nadolson. Throughout Bethany’s career she worked as a Remote Associate at Rivvly, an Estimating Assistant at the Righter Co., an Assistant Operations Manager at Haiti Design, Co-Op Program Development at I’m Me, Legal Assistant at MDK, LLC, Development Intern at A Kid Again, and Operations at The Ohio State University. Bethany was a volunteer at The Dream Center of Columbus and the Faith Mission Homeless Shelter. She was a Field Volunteer at ABWE Togo, Africa, and Mentor/Camp Assistant at Royal Family KIDS. Bethany grew up in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Worthington Kilbourne High School and The Ohio State University. She lived in and served missions and non-profits in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti from 2017 to 2018. She enjoyed outdoor activities such as hiking, paddle boarding, and snowboarding. She loved to travel and meet new people. She also enjoyed salsa dancing, her pottery class, playing card/board games, her dogs, and she was an avid reader. Bethany was most proud of founding a non-profit to fund education for 200 children in a village in Haiti, spearheading a health education program in a Haitian community. A genuine and caring friend, Bethany and her sisters were best friends. She had a heart for the underprivileged and disadvantaged, especially the children in Haiti. In her short life Bethany made a difference in the lives of many families. The family would like to acknowledge all of our friends, family, and Bethany’s friends who have reached out with support, meals, kind words, condolences, memories of Bethany, and pictures or videos.
