Phyllis enjoyed crocheting and shopping, learning her family's genealogy, and sharing time with her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids as often as possible. She was married to Kenneth Brown Klugh, with whom she shared many happy decades until her passing. Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents. She was joined in Heaven by her husband, Kenneth, on February 13, 2023. She is survived by her sons, Kenneth Kevin Klugh (Lynda) and Timothy Shawn Klugh (Delora); daughter Tammy June Mair (Derek); brother James DeVore (Dee); sister Carolene Fleshman (George); grandchildren Amber, Owen (Dani), Trevor (Lexi), Kendra, Jared, Shawn, Kyle (Calise), Alyson, Isaac, Chlea, and Karlton; great-grandchildren Oliver, Kane, Hazel, Jayce, Elijah, Haisely, Levi, and Leah.
