He was born July 28, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio son of the late Wilbur and Miriam (Landes) Stover. Richard graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics. He was in the US Army and married Donna Snyder on June 20, 1970 at the United Methodist Church in New London, Ohio. Dick was employed as Manager for Michigan Caterpillar - Kalamazoo branch. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Ludington, American Legion Post # 76, the Dowagiac Moose Lodge 933, the Ludington Boat Club and the Fin & Feather Club. Dick enjoyed fishing, hunting, flying, and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Donna; son, Dan (Emily) Stover of Plymouth, MI; daughter, Sarah (David) Handley of Hudson, Ohio; grandchildren, William and Hannah Handley, Henry and Eleanor Stover; brother, Tom Stover of Scotts Bluff, Nebraska.
